2. Use of the Services
- You may use CodinIT’s tools, editors, generation features, and community resources only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
- You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, or reverse-engineer platform features.
3. Intellectual Property
- All platform-generated content, tools, UI/UX assets, proprietary components, templates, and shared project resources remain the exclusive property of CodinIT Labs Incorporated.
- You retain ownership of your own user‑generated content, except where the Open Source Contribution Terms apply.
4. Open Source Contribution Terms
CodinIT allows users to contribute to and edit shared files, templates, and community-driven components (“Contributor Content”). By contributing, you agree that:
- CodinIT may moderate, edit, or remove Contributor Content for violations, quality, or compliance.
- You may not distribute, publish, clone, or create your own derivative version of any component, template, or file within our codebase on GitHub or any other platform.
- You acknowledge that unauthorized redistribution, forking, replication, or misrepresentation of CodinIT-owned materials may violate intellectual property laws and may result in legal action, including DMCA enforcement.
- You may not remove or alter attribution, copyright notices, or metadata associated with shared resources.
- You affirm that all contributions you submit are your own original work and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload harmful code or malicious content.
- Violate any third-party copyright or confidentiality agreement.
- Use CodinIT projects or components as your own standalone product.
- Use the Service for harmful, illegal, or abusive activities.
6. Account Termination
CodinIT may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms;
- Redistribute protected materials;
- Attempt to clone or replicate CodinIT’s codebase;
- Engage in abuse, harassment, or harmful actions;
- Attempt to compromise platform security.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodinIT is not liable for:
- Loss of data;
- Service interruptions;
- Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications of the platform.
